9th Circuit Affirms Tossing Boeing Workers’ Claim

Law360, New York (February 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court found on Wednesday that a group of black employees at Boeing Co. has standing in its race discrimination suit challenging the way the aerospace company compensated employees but affirmed a decision that the claim was barred by the statute of limitations.
