Philly Firm Founder Sues Developer Over Hotel Conversion

Law360, Philadelphia (October 30, 2013, 12:55 PM EDT) -- The founder of Philadelphia plaintiffs firm Sheller PC on Tuesday sued a developer and the condominium association at the luxury Center City high rise in which he lives, contending that they improperly sought to convert part of the building into a hotel.

Stephen Sheller and his wife said in the state court complaint that Allan Domb, president of the association's board, and his development firm Allan Domb Real Estate Inc. violated the condominium agreement for the Parc Rittenhouse in aiming to turn part of the building...
