CIT Upholds Commerce Findings In Part Of Tire Duty Row

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 6:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday found against challenges to several aspects of the Commerce Department's findings in part of a countervailing duty investigation into Chinese imports of certain tires.
