Army Taps Longbow For $93M Chopper Upgrade Contract

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 6:32 PM EDT) -- Aircraft systems company Longbow LLC won a $92.8 million contract from the U.S. Army to provide integrated radar and unmanned aircraft systems for military helicopters, the company announced Wednesday.

Longbow, which is a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman Corp., will supply Life Cycle Contractor Support systems for two models of Apache helicopters through 2016, according to a statement.
