One Worldwide Plaza Sale Temporarily OK'd By Judge

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 5:47 PM EDT) -- The owners of Manhattan's One Worldwide Plaza, whose tenants include Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP, can go forward with plans to sell the midtown skyscraper to American Realty Capital, a New York state judge ruled Wednesday over the objections of jilted buyer RXR Realty.
