New Class Waiver Decisions On NLRB Horizon, Hirozawa Says

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 6:06 PM EDT) -- Employers can expect more National Labor Relations Board decisions on arbitration agreements where workers waive their right to pursue class claims, as the NLRB rules on companies' claims that their particular arbitration pacts don't run afoul of its controversial D.R. Horton holding, board member Kent Hirozawa said Wednesday.
