Boston Climate Report Calls For City Planning Changes

Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 5:38 PM EDT) -- The mayor of Boston released a climate action plan on Tuesday calling for the city to make climate change a key consideration during the municipal planning process and impose new development requirements for equipment and flood-preparedness at city facilities.
