BP Can't Escape Franchisees' Gas Pricing Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (October 31, 2013, 9:40 PM EDT) -- BP West Coast Products LLC lost a bid Thursday to trim several suits alleging its gasoline pricing practices favor rival gas stations at the expense of its own franchisees, when a California judge ruled the plaintiffs had adequately pled that the alleged price discrimination caused a competitive injury.
