Columbia Journalism Review Sued Over 'Gentle Marcy' Story

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 2:54 PM EDT) -- A woman who says she was falsely outed as a drug-addled hippie runaway decades ago sued the Columbia Journalism Review and the reporter she claims broke his promise of confidentiality in New York on Thursday, saying a recent follow-up article restated falsehoods and revealed additional identifying details.
