GAO Sides With HP In Fight Over $3.5B Navy NGEN Contract

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Government Accountability Office on Thursday rejected Harris Corp.’s protest of a $3.5 billion network upgrade the Navy awarded to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services in June, denying Harris’ claims that the Navy skimped on its contract evaluations and that an affair had spoiled the bid.
