ITC Finds Rebar Imports From Turkey, Mexico Harming US

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 2:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday preliminarily determined that imports of steel rebar from Mexico and Turkey allegedly being sold below fair value and illegally subsidized are harming or threatening domestic producers, keeping alive a case that could end with the levying of remedial tariffs.
