Sandusky Takes Conviction Appeal To Pa. Supreme Court

Law360, Philadelphia (November 1, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- Convicted sexual predator and former assistant Pennsylvania State University football coach Jerry Sandusky asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday to hear his case a month after a panel of appellate judges rejected arguments that his defense counsel had not been given adequate time to prepare for trial.
