Nationwide Stuck Driver With $10M Toyota Verdict, Suit Says

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 7:03 PM EDT) -- The woman found liable for a deadly crash in the Toyota Motor Corp. unintended acceleration litigation's first bellwether sued two Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. auto insurers on Friday, saying they snubbed a settlement offer in bad faith and exposed her to a $10 million verdict.
