Realty Referral Co.'s Antitrust Claims Revived In IP Row

Law360, Los Angeles (November 1, 2013, 9:45 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Friday breathed new life into a real estate referral company’s antitrust claims against a real estate listing service, ruling that additional details of an alleged scheme to prevent the referral company from doing business through sham copyright litigation overcame his previous dismissal of the claims.
