Deutsche Bank Must Face Quiet Title Case, NJ Court Says

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 5:06 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Monday revived a property owner's quiet title action against Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. over a West New York condominium unit, saying a lower court mistakenly barred discovery into both Deutsche Bank's assignment and entitlement to sue on the mortgage.
