11th Circ. Lets State Farm Off The Hook In Car Valuation Row

Law360, Los Angeles (November 4, 2013, 5:04 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Monday affirmed the dismissal of a class of claimants' allegations that State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. shortchanged them on the diminished value of their vehicles by using a deceptive methodology, ruling Georgia law didn't allow them to seek compensatory damages.
