NYC Domino Sugar Factory Plans Certified For Public Review

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 5:10 PM EST) -- The New York City Planning Commission launched a seven-month public review process for the renovation of the former Domino Sugar Factory in Williamsburg on Monday, certifying developer Two Trees Management Co. LLC's plans for the site.

The panel certified the project, which will include 2.3 million square feet of residential space, plus office and residential components, into the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, which kicks off months of public review.
