Atty, Pellicano Ask 9th Circ. To Toss Wiretap Convictions

Law360, Los Angeles (November 4, 2013, 7:37 PM EST) -- Prominent attorney Terry Christensen and former “private eye to the stars” Anthony Pellicano told the Ninth Circuit on Monday they were wrongly convicted of charges of conspiracy and racketeering stemming from Pellicano's wiretapping of the enemies of his high-powered Hollywood clients.
