Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 8:34 PM EST) -- A former funder of the Ecuadorean pollution lawsuit at the heart of Chevron Corp.’s $19 billion New York racketeering case against attorney Steven Donziger took the stand Monday to accuse Donziger of telling “blatant lies” about the integrity of the proceedings in order to keep the cash flowing.
