Investor Sues Boeing For Dreamliner Records In Chicago

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 3:06 PM EST) -- A Boeing Co. shareholder on Monday demanded that the company turn over its books and records so he can determine whether its board is to blame for the troubles that have befallen the 787 Dreamliner commercial airplane, according to a lawsuit filed in Illinois state court.
