Subcontractor Fails To Revive $7M Suit Against DynCorp

Law360, San Diego (November 5, 2013, 10:50 PM EST) -- The Fourth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of a subcontractor’s breach of contract suit alleging DynCorp International LLC made payments of nearly $7 million for operations and maintenance support in Iraq to the wrong bank, finding the lower court properly tossed the plaintiff’s case as a sanction for repeated discovery abuses.
