DOL To Get Authority Over Fed. Contractor Wage Claims

Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 12:55 PM EST) -- The Senate on Tuesday passed a widely supported House bill that would amend the Davis-Bacon Act by transferring the authority to pay federal wage adjustment claims for construction workers from the U.S. Government Accountability Office to the U.S. Department of Labor.
