Silverstein, Loeb Get $85M Loan For NYC Office Tower

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 4:22 PM EST) -- Affiliates of Silverstein Properties Inc. and Loeb Partners Realty LLC have secured $85 million in financing for a 19-story institutional quality office building in Midtown Manhattan, real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield said Tuesday.

New York City-based Cushman said it served as the exclusive adviser to Silverstein and Loeb Partners in arranging the loan. The seven-year financing deal was provided by Wells Fargo & Co.
