Sharp Fights To Keep State Claims In CRT Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 4:43 PM EST) -- Sharp Electronics Corp. on Wednesday urged a California federal court to keep alive its state law claims in the ongoing antitrust multidistrict litigation alleging price-fixing of cathode ray tubes, rejecting arguments from Panasonic Corp., Toshiba Corp. and others that it is too late to assert the claims.
