Haberdashery Antitrust Suits Consolidated

Law360, New York (March 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Ten antitrust lawsuits against leading haberdashery product makers over alleged price-fixing cartels were consolidated Wednesday in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under Judge R. Barclay Surrick.

Chief Judge John Heyburn, of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, noted in his order consolidating the cases that six of the 10 cases were already in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
