NYC To Ask 2nd Circ. To Vacate Stop-and-Frisk Rulings

Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 11:11 PM EST) -- The New York City Law Department said Thursday it will ask the Second Circuit, which removed U.S. District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin from the city’s two stop-and-frisk class actions, to “immediately” vacate the judge’s rulings in both cases.
