Deutsche Bank Objects To New Century Plan

Law360, New York (March 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Deutsche Bank National Trust Company has become the latest bank to lodge a protest against the disclosure statement filed by New Century Holdings Inc., filing an objection to the plan that asks the company to provide more information.
