5th Circ. Affirms $3.2M Award In Architecture Copyright Row

Law360, Los Angeles (November 8, 2013, 4:00 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday affirmed a $3.2 million award to Texas-based residential architecture firm Kipp Flores Architects LLC in a suit brought by Kipp accusing Hallmark Design Homes LP of constructing hundreds of houses from copyrighted architectural designs in violation of federal law.
