Judge Rips TV Pitchman's Atty For Wasting Jury's Time

Law360, Chicago (November 8, 2013, 3:49 PM EST) -- Infomercial salesman Kevin Trudeau won’t testify at his criminal contempt trial in Chicago, but his lawyers’ failure to notify the court of this fact prompted an angry rebuke Friday from a federal judge who accused the defense of wasting the jury’s time.
