NY Housing Authority Faces 2nd Suit Over Leasing Plan

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 7:47 PM EST) -- Several advocacy groups and tenant associations representing New York City Housing Authority residents plan to sue NYCHA in state court Tuesday in an attempt to block the agency from implementing its controversial plan to lease some of its property to private developers.
