Law360, Dallas (November 12, 2013, 8:16 PM EST) -- A Dallas real estate firm and energy investor told a jury Tuesday that they're entitled to $21 million in profits from a group of Marcellus Shale gas leases, claiming they were defrauded out of their share of profits by their former partner in a joint venture.
