News Corp Looks To High Court To Stop Suit

Law360 (January 3, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In the latest development in its battle with shareholders over its anti-takeover provision, media company News Corp. has asked the Delaware Supreme Court to overturn a lower court ruling that allowed a class action lawsuit against the company to proceed.

The Court has not yet said whether it plans to take the case.
