Steel Tubing Maker Fights To Get Fla. Class Action Tossed

Law360, Miami (November 13, 2013, 4:56 PM EST) -- Corrugated stainless steel tubing maker Omega Flex Inc. on Wednesday asked a Florida federal judge to toss a putative class action, arguing that the plaintiffs have no standing because they failed to claim any damage from the allegedly defective product.
