Texas Court Denies Rehearing In Key Water Takings Case

Law360, Dallas (November 14, 2013, 7:27 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday denied a rehearing of an important groundwater rights case that held that property owners can bring regulatory takings claims when their water permit requests are denied, declining to change the compensation method it set for such takings.
