9th Circ. Asked To Revive FCA Suit Against For-Profit College

Law360, Los Angeles (November 13, 2013, 6:08 PM EST) -- The federal government asked the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to revive a whistleblower suit claiming Ernst & Young LLP and Corinthian Colleges Inc. defrauded the U.S. of billions of dollars in education funds, saying a public disclosure bar didn't block the allegations.
