Bidder Fight Imperils $1.6B Miami Sewer Project, CWA Deal

Law360, Miami (November 14, 2013, 10:08 PM EST) -- Miami-Dade County must make $1.6 billion in repairs to its aging sewer system in order to comply with a recent Clean Water Act settlement, but a growing dispute alleging the company recommended to oversee the project unfairly communicated with the selection committee threatens to delay the project and derail the settlement.
