DOJ Official Sees Slim Chance For Delta On Merger Slots

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 6:25 PM EST) -- A top U.S. Department of Justice antitrust official voiced skepticism Thursday of Delta Air Lines Inc.'s bid for airport slots set to be divested as part of a merger settlement with US Airways Group Inc. and bankrupt American Airlines parent AMR Corp.
