Dewey Trustee Hits Think Tank With Clawback Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 2:08 PM EST) -- Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP’s trustee sued the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in New York bankruptcy court Thursday in an attempt to claw back $100,000 Dewey paid to the think tank for a table at an event.
