Cuban Exile Group Asks DOJ To Probe Odebrecht's US Unit

Law360, Miami (November 15, 2013, 6:28 PM EST) -- Just months after Odebrecht SA beat back a Florida law barring contractors with business ties to Cuba, a Cuban exile group asked the federal government to investigate whether the Brazilian conglomerate's American arm violated U.S. law by failing to register as an agent of a foreign country.
