Star Insurance May Owe Defense To Texas City: 5th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (November 15, 2013, 4:21 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday reversed a Texas court’s decision denying Star Insurance Co.’s duty to defend the City of College Station in a suit brought by a real estate investment trust against the city, finding the language of the policy didn’t exclude all zoning proceedings.
