DOJ Names New US Trustees For NY, Calif.

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 6:21 PM EST) -- New York is getting a new U.S. Trustee for its bankruptcy courts, as the U.S. Department of Justice announced Monday that William K. Harrington will fill that position when the current trustee for New York, Tracy Hope Davis, takes over the role in parts of California and Nevada.

Harrington has served as the U.S. Trustee for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island since October 2010, according to the DOJ’s Executive Office for the United States Trustees. Harrington’s and Davis’ new positions will go into effect...
