Lance Armstrong Claims FCA Case Fails Due To Gov't Inaction

Law360, Washington (November 18, 2013, 8:37 PM EST) -- Lance Armstrong and others connected to his professional cycling team urged a Washington, D.C., federal judge on Monday to toss a whistleblower's False Claims Act suit against them over his long-hidden blood doping, claiming the case is barred due to the government's failure to investigate such rumors years ago.
