Hasbro Wants $73M Award Over Nerf Royalties Vacated

Law360, Los Angeles (November 18, 2013, 9:36 PM EST) -- Hasbro Inc. asked a Rhode Island federal court on Monday to void a nearly $73 million arbitration award to Nerf licensor Johnson Research & Development Co. Inc. over royalties, arguing the products central to the arbitration did not use any Johnson Research technology.
