Ex-Judge Sues Dallas Rehab Hospital Over Stock Issue Plan

Law360, Dallas (November 19, 2013, 4:22 PM EST) -- A former Dallas judge on Friday temporarily blocked a rehabilitation center company from holding an annual shareholder meeting after he claimed the board planned to drastically dilute his ownership stake following his ouster as the company’s chief operations officer.

Vickers Lee Cunningham, a former criminal court judge in Dallas and one-time candidate for Dallas County District Attorney, filed a minority shareholder oppression suit against Recovery Health Care Corp.
