6 Judges Seek Review Of Stop-And-Frisk Justice's Removal

Law360, Los Angeles (November 19, 2013, 4:18 PM EST) -- A group of six retired federal judges and 13 professors of legal ethics urged the Second Circuit on Monday to approve an en banc reconsideration of two decisions related to a trial judge’s removal from the headline-grabbing stop-and-frisk cases.
