Vet-Owned Small Biz Denied Atty Fees In Row Over $25M Bid

Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 5:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims reluctantly denied on Tuesday contractor KWV Inc.’s request for attorneys' fees, following a ruling that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was wrong to take away KVW's veteran-owned small business designation after the company won a $25 million project bid.
