Law360, Houston (November 20, 2013, 10:20 PM EST) -- A $3 billion public pension fund told a Texas appeals court Wednesday that the City of Houston is attempting to perform an impermissible audit to justify restructuring the fund and that a sweeping order to produce records to the city should be quashed.
