Inland Shells Out $76M For Hyatt Key West Resort

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 3:33 PM EST) -- Inland American Lodging Group Inc. has picked up Hyatt Key West Resort and Spa in Key West, Fla., from a Hyatt Hotels Corp. affiliate for $76 million, the hotel operator said Tuesday, the latest in its streak of hotel acquisitions this year.

The 118-room Hyatt Key West Resort includes amenities such as the Shor American Seafood Grill, Blue Mojito Pool Bar and Grill, Jala Spa, a heated outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, a large sundeck, poolside cabanas and a Hyatt Stay Fit Gym, according to Inland...
