Also on Nov. 12, 2013, Sens. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., and John McCain, R-Ariz., introduced the Furthering Access and Networks for Sports (FANS) Act. A companion bill to the FANS Act was introduced in the House by Rep. Brian Higgins, D-N.Y.
