JetBlue Sues Visa, MasterCard Over Interchange Fee

Law360, Los Angeles (November 20, 2013, 6:05 PM EST) -- JetBlue Airways Corp. hit Visa Inc. and Mastercard Inc. with an antitrust lawsuit Monday in New York federal court over the credit card companies’ allegedly anti-competitive fees, after JetBlue opted out of the $7.25 billion multidistrict litigation settlement involving similar interchange fee claims.
